Which is right for me, SolderM8 Original or Pro?

It depends on what your needs are. If you are a DIY'er or someone who occasionally needs to solder LED strips or works with electrical wiring, then the SolderM8 Original might be the right choice for you. It's compact, lightweight, and the more affordable option of the two.

For the professionals or those who will be doing a lot of soldering, the SolderM8 Pro is the right choice for you. It has more features such as all aluminum construction, a metric measuring ruler, stronger clips, and slightly more surface area to secure wires, the SolderM8 Pro will stand up to heavy use for many years.

How much does shipping cost?

United States: we offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage for all orders over $19.

All other countries: we offer free economy international shipping for all orders over $99. We also provide alternative shipping options should you wish to receive your package sooner.

 

What countries do you currently ship to?

We ship to many countries around the world! This includes: United States, Canada, Europe, UK, New Zealand, Australia, South America, and most countries in Africa.

We are constantly adding more supported countries. If you would like to order a SolderM8 but don't see shipping options for your country, please reach out to us at info@solderm8.com.

 

How can I track my order?

All orders, regardless of where you are located, include tracking information which we provide to you as soon as we package and ship your order.

 

What is your return policy?

SolderM8 allows returns within 30 days of the item being purchased. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at orders@solderm8.com and one of our friendly associates will assist you in the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we have received your package, we will initiate your refund.

 

I have returned an item for a refund but haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you haven't received a refund yet, please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is processed by your selected payment method.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

While we have checks and balances in place to ensure your shipping address and format is correct, sometimes a customer may accidentally input the wrong shipping address. Should this happen to you, please reach out to us at orders@solderm8.com with your name, order #, and new shipping address, and we will update your shipping details as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot update your address once your shipping label has been created, or if your order has already been shipped.
